The Orange Park Police Department allows businesses within the Town of Orange Park to fill out a "Blanket Trespass Authorization Form." (If you are unsure if your address is in the Town of Orange Park, please call us at 904-264-5555). This form allows officers with the OPPD to give a trespass warning to anyone who is loitering on the property after business hours. It will be the responsibility of our officers to determine if the person has any legitimate business they are addressing at the location before issuing the trespass warning. If a warning is then issued, and the person comes back onto the property at any time of day in a 365 day period, they will be subject to arrest for trespassing. It is the responsibility of the business to complete this authorization form annually and return it to the police department either in person or by email (rcase@townop.com). The trespass authorization is a good way to prevent property crime by dissuading people from loitering on your property and it is a good tool for the police to help improve the quality of life of our residents and business owners.
